38In accordance with the «List of priority areas of science and technology in Turkmenistan and research carried out on them" approved by Presidential Decree No. 14488 of November 13, 20215, the departments of the Turkmen State Institute of Finance and the Research Center conduct research work on 11 scientific topics. 10 of the scientific topics passed state registration at the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and 1 topic is approved by the Scientific Council of the Institute at the level of the Chair. The scientific research carried out on scientific topics has the practical nature.
Currently, the Turkmen State Institute of Finance is conducting research on the following scientific topics:

Professors and science-loving students of the Turkmen State Financial Institute take an active part in the implementation of research work. They regularly make scientific presentations at scientific and practical conferences on the intermediate results of their research, as well as publish scientific articles in periodicals. Proposals made to introduce the results of scientific research into production are submitted to the relevant ministries and departments.
In accordance with the Regulation on the Training of Scientific Workers in Turkmenistan, approved by Presidential Decision No. 9378 of 14 January 2008, the Turkmen State Institute of Finance pays special attention to the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel. Currently, most teachers of the institute are working on dissertations on selected scientific topics in order to obtain a degree in priority areas of science and technology in Turkmenistan.
